The short answer Property management means looking after a let property and its tenancy on the landlord's behalf, from the day a tenant moves in until the day they move out.

What that covers at Property Glass **Rent.** Payments are matched to the right tenancy. You can see what has been received and your statements, and anything unusual is flagged to a member of the team straight away.

Maintenance. Tenants report repairs by portal, phone or email. We acknowledge each report, assign a vetted contractor, keep everyone updated and confirm when the job is done. Where a cost needs your approval, you see the quote and photos first.

Important dates. Safety certificate expiry dates, tenancy end dates and rent reviews are recorded for every managed property and prompted well ahead of time.

Documents. Tenancy paperwork, certificates and maintenance history are kept together in one property record.

Communication. You can use the landlord portal, email, phone or visit us. Decisions are always made with you, not for you.

What is agreed in writing The exact services and fees are set out in your terms of business before you instruct us, so you know what is and is not included.
