Landlord fees
One flat fee of £60 per month. No percentage of your rent.
What's included:
- Full use of the Property Glass landlord portal, with access to everything in it.
- Your tenants are set up on the tenant portal too.
- Rent is passed to you as soon as we receive it.
Repairs and works
Repairs and other works are quoted for separately. You see the quote before any work goes ahead.
