Property Glass was shaped by more than 35 years of combined experience as landlords. We know what it feels like when communication is unclear and processes are spread across emails, spreadsheets and memory.

So we set out to build what we would have wanted from an agent ourselves: clear communication, organised records, proactive maintenance, transparent rent handling, and people available when judgement is needed. Every landlord is different; the aim is simply fewer surprises and less chasing.
