In an emergency If there is an immediate danger, for example a gas smell, a serious water leak or an electrical hazard, follow the emergency guidance in your home handbook and contact the relevant emergency service first, then let us know.
How to report a repair You can report a repair in whichever way suits you: - **Tenant portal**, the quickest way to add photos - **Phone**, speak to a member of the team - **Email**, describe the problem and attach photos if you can
What helps us fix it faster - Where in the home the problem is - When it started and whether it is getting worse - Photos or a short video - Any make or model numbers on the appliance - Times that suit you for a contractor visit
What happens next 1. **Acknowledged**, you receive confirmation that your report has been logged. 2. **Contractor assigned**, a vetted contractor is booked and the visit arranged. 3. **Updates**, you hear if the visit is rescheduled or the job is waiting on parts. 4. **Resolved**, we confirm with you that the job is done.
Your home handbook also has safe troubleshooting tips for common problems like heating and hot water.
